Our history, yesterday, today and tomorrow

Every day, we take on challenges related to technological evolution and traffic development, developing innovative and complex solutions, with the challenging goal of expanding the technological range for airports and other infrastructures.

On 12 February 1974, the parent company, Aeroporti di Roma, was established. This company is the exclusive concessionaire for the management and development of the capital's airport system.

ADR - Aeroporti di Roma became private, through the divestiture (concluded in 2000) of the shareholdings held by the State.

On 31 July 2002, ADR Tel, the fixed-line operator for airport customers, was founded. Over the years, with the growth of the company, ADR Tel's range has expanded to include other integrated TLC solutions.

ADR won the Best Airport Award 2018 with Rome Fiumicino Airport, thanks to the quality of its many services and facilities, the efficiency of its customer service and its attention to the environment and sustainability.

We are a continuously expanding company. We love the challenges that continuous innovation subjects us to and we do not like standing still. For these and other reasons, in the near future, we have the challenging goal of expanding our range by proposing more complex integrated solutions for airports and other infrastructures.

The company is based and operates, with human and technological resources, within the Rome airport areas and ensures the continuity of the operation of telecommunications infrastructures and services.

ADR Tel bases its business on cutting-edge technology and the high quality of the services it offers, guaranteeing reliability and safety in operations. The company is responsible for the technological operations of Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino and G.B. Pastine di Ciampino airports and offers integrated services and consulting activities for all airport communities.
